McLaughlin Farm LTD
The farm is located south of Jackson, surrounded by the Jackson Community College and The Dahlem Conservancy. We have retired from actively raising cattle, but we do lease our pastures and some facilities to another breeder. John and Cathie remain active in the American Highland Cattle Association. John has served on several AHCA committees and the board. John is also a past president of the Midwest Highland Cattle Association. McLaughlin Farm raised grass fed/grass finished beef and sold its beef to commercial and individual customers. John and Cathie are willing to share their knowledge and experience with members interested in selling Highland beef.
